Creede America is "green" from the ground up. We think that the measure of a home should lie in the quality of the square footage, not the quantity. Our materials and finishes are top notch, often locally sourced, and frequently made from recycled materials; we’re not skimping on the things that matter, but the smaller size of our houses means that fewer resources are consumed in construction. A smaller home also means less space to heat during the winter and less house to maintain and clean. But we haven’t stopped there. We’ve also been installing Geothermal heat pump systems for most of our homes; these systems are the ultimate in clean, renewable energy and the systems we have already installed have lived up to our high expectations.
